Ingredients:
• 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
• 2/3 cup honey
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp. peeled and minced fresh gingerroot
• 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3 to 4 pounds country-style pork spareribs, trimmed of excess fat

Mix vinegar, honey and sugar together in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat. Add garlic, Worcestershire, gingerroot, Tabasco and salt. Line large heavy roasting pan with aluminum foil. Place ribs in roasting pan and pour sauce over ribs. Cover pan tightly with additional foil and bake in a preheated 325 degree F oven for 1.5 hours. Increase heat to 350 degrees F, remove foil, turn ribs and baste with sauce; continue to cook for 20 minutes to brown ribs. Baste after 10 minutes.
