Pork Chops

(My mom=s recipe)

 

Ingredients:

1 egg

1 tbsp milk

Progresso Italian bread crumbs

5 tbsp vegetable oil

salt

1 cup water

 

Directions:

In a flat bowl beat egg and add milk. In another flat bowl have bread crumbs. Dip chops in egg mixture, then in crumbs, and brown on both sides in hot vegetable oil. Sprinkle each chop with salt, add 1 cup water, cover, and simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Remove cover the last 15 minutes.

 

Serves 4
