When assembling your lasagna, weave the lasagna noodles together to create double-thick layers of noodles on the bottom and in the middle of your lasagna. This will help the lasagna hold together better and not fall apart when you try to serve it. You can still have a single layer of noodles topped with sauce and Parmesan on the top.
