German Potato Salad
(No mayonnaise)
Ingredients:
3-5 pounds of potatoes (red
ones are best)
2 hard boiled eggs (put
salt and eggs in water, bring to a boil, turn off and cover for 20-30 minutes)
vinegar
oil
parsley flakes
seasoned salt
pepper
other spices
Directions:
Boil water and add potatoes
with the skin.
Boil for 20 minutes (for
average potatoes).
Refrigerate potatoes as long
as necessary.
Peel and slice potatoes
Add a little vinegar and as
much oil as necessary.
Chop eggs and add to
potatoes.
Add parsley flakes, seasoned
salt, pepper, etc.
Chill in fridge.
